Wayne went on a whole thing about fuck DJs when The Empire was leaking his shit and making whole cds out of his music. You're lame if you're leaking an artists music and if you're a fan you shouldn't support that. Dudes making money off of shit they had no part in, not like they produced on it or helped at all they just stealing music and selling it. Don’t know where you got that from my post, who hasn’t heard C3 sessions and early Wayne leaks... I was young and didn’t even realize the impact at the time.

How about you stop paying thieves for music they had no part in creating. Wayne used to and still does occasionally gives out music to DJs for free you’ll get the music he wants to put out. Like he would’ve done with C3 had most of it not leaked.

if leaks didnt happen so much music would never be heard lol we are collectors we value art we collect the art u can argue and be an incel all you like reality is we all die hard fans we paid heaps to weezy in the form of merch, tickets and albums and streams and most of all our time

just because we buy and collect music on the low means nothing we are keeping this stored for a rainy day we all hard working people if you hate leaks so much simply dont listen to them reality is most of C3 sessions would never be heard with no leaks there is songs from C3 that are still not heard to this fckin day thats just the reality of the music industry leaks arent devastating no one loses only producers are the ones i feel sad for because its very hard to get placement with big rappers but even with those guys its not guarantee there music will ever drop in the first place so its stupid to assume the worst from leaks

well you said if you're a fan you shouldn't support leaks, listening to it is supporting the leak, and that's a fair argument about being young not understanding; just imo if you don't support it (which is fine) you shouldn't be listening either because the artist didn't want the music out that way

It isn't really 'supporting' the leak if you listen to it, only if you pay for it or spread it around. The person who leaked it doesn't get anything out of a person listening to it. I don't think he's saying it's bad to listen to leaks but that leakers benefiting from the artists work and the fact that that work might have been something greater had it come out as the artist intended.

supporting is more a subjective thing imo just because i've heard people say they won't even listen to leaks because the artist never intended us to hear the songs, so its a matter of who you ask i guess what they believe what supporting is.

and in waynes case (i'll just use him as a prime example), leaks have helped his career in the long run, not saying its 100% right, but there are pros and cons to leaks regardless of who leaks them or how they were obtained
