President Carter is by far one of the better songs on C4 and maybe even all-time Lil Wayne songs, but unfortunately it got ruined in my opinion with the following lines (as examples)

Tote tools like mechanics, mechanisms"

"Ya dead to me, brown grass nigga"

"Bullshit for lunch, brown bag nigga"

Completley agree with OP - you forgot the tiramisu line too lol. The whole of the C4 album had good concepts but was ruined by a lot of sub par bars sandwiched inside some potentially good verses.
