  • Was Believe Me originally Drakes song?

IMO, I dont think it was..I think they just make music together and whatever project it fits it is the project that it lands on. Clearly they were in the studio together and if you watch that Instagram video Waynes dreads were all nappy like the are now.

I don't know if the whole song was originally his but the beat was his.

second verse sounds like a d 5 era rap but the first verse sounds brand new

          Look on the blog.

The producers said they gave the beat to Drake for his project.

definitely a song recorded for C5...

Drakes verses were both dedicated to Wayne. Nothing Was The Same didn't really have songs that sounded like this tbh...people just sayin it is coz of trophies and we made it.

people actually think Wayne (Drakes boss) would take a leftover from drake instead of making him a new song? nah..

plus Wayne's flow on the first verse sounds like his very recent features...sound couldn't of been recorded around sep-oct 2013..

and around feb 2014 Drakes verse was being played in the club as "new" drake music...

As i said many times , Drake's verse was dedicated to his mentor so case closed.

maybe it was for their collabo album firstly, but then they decided to put this on C5.
