Being a wayne fan is driving me crazy

Does anyone else find being a weezy fan extremely frustrating? Aside from the inconsistent quality of the material these days, these long, unbearable waits when album time comes is getting ridiculous.

There's building hype... and then there's just fucking with people. Sometimes I wish Wayne's marketing peeps would just exercise a little more decency in their approach. Most of us are lifetime diehard fans, totally loyal even when he releases garbage... Yet they will always fuck with us to build hype. I know they want to make the most bank possible off their biggest cash cow, but come on... Enough is enough. Stop treating us like animals and statistics.

They tell us may 5... They tell is it's gonna be a Beyoncé style surprise release... They confuse and mislead us with little clips and song snippets... They tell us to not sleep in hopes that someone will decide to grace us with some bullshit scrap off the studio floor. They really piss me off and I'm getting to the point in my life where I'm just like u know what, I should just not follow any of this stuff and just wait til I hear the album came out (prob next fall)... Mainly because all this crap stresses me the fuck out!!

Take a page out of kanye's book and release your shit when your deadline is up!! U can still be a perfectionist and get your shit out in a timely manner. It's called professionalism. I shudder to think how much worse this hyping up is gonna get in the next few months. It's really gonna be bad.

You're lucky. I am mad frustrated. I want them to be professionals for once and just drop the album like they said they would. They act too niggerish. They treat this shit like a street hustle. Starve the streets and shit, then flood it. I know it works business wise, but I find it hard to believe that they can't attain the same sales figures ultimately, by using a slightly less aggressive marketing style. Historically, they treat us like slaves. Like we should worship them for every bullshit snippet morsel of food they give us.

Lemme give you an advice, there is no need to be mad when your a Weezy fan coz he always treat us unlike other artitist treating their fans like giving their fans albums after 3 year or so, WeeZy make sure we get something year by year, he never messes up that timeline...
