why should i be disappointed if i get much more songs than any other fans do?
don't get me wrong, i prefer quality over quantity but the quality of waynes music is relly good, ok, maybe not every song but most of the songs.
i know 2012 was the worst year for weezy fans but we all could bump so many old stuff which makes it up for the quality in 2012.

First off, Tina turn up ain't a proper song it's just some people fucking around in the studio. I know wayne gives us a lot, but maybe that's why we want more. At least back in the pre-c3 run we were actually getting leaked songs every week (every day sometimes!). Now young money controls everything and they are a little strict. I just feel like they're manipulating us.

And to the jackass who told me to go find a chick: I'm actually married with 3 lil ones. We are not all newbie fans here, u know. Does anyone else find being a weezy fan extremely frustrating? Aside from the inconsistent quality of the material these days, these long, unbearable waits when album time comes is getting ridiculous.

There's building hype... and then there's just fucking with people. Sometimes I wish Wayne's marketing peeps would just exercise a little more decency in their approach. Most of us are lifetime diehard fans, totally loyal even when he releases garbage... Yet they will always fuck with us to build hype. I know they want to make the most bank possible off their biggest cash cow, but come on... Enough is enough. Stop treating us like animals and statistics.

They tell us may 5... They tell is it's gonna be a Beyoncé style surprise release... They confuse and mislead us with little clips and song snippets... They tell us to not sleep in hopes that someone will decide to grace us with some bullshit scrap off the studio floor. They really piss me off and I'm getting to the point in my life where I'm just like u know what, I should just not follow any of this stuff and just wait til I hear the album came out (prob next fall)... People are just getting way impatient with music man. It gets worse and worse with more and more internet access and shit. Like for real. You get a lot of songs per year, interviews etc.

I had one album , one mtv appearance, then a year later I got a single on the tv where I saw him again. Today I got 50 pictures a month, access to every single song when im not even home and without internet.

there are so many reasons an album could get pushed back
you can't expect artists to stick to set deadlines or promised release dates with everything they do

Lil Wayne got Weezy Wednesday, he realeases singles, he got a shitload of mixtapes, he do tours - he fucking working. This is an album on tha carter series, it need to be 100% perfect.

Last year he released 1 album and 1 mixtape + the rich gang album and mixtape + features + 1 tour + some unrealeased + features.
This year he already done a Young Money album and C5 also gon drop and he does Weezy Wednesday.

He been in the game for so long and he still this active. He is not like alot of artists who drop their album then keeps quiet until their next album drop.. like Kendrick, Eminem etc
