Why is it so bad to hold wayne to a higher standard? Sorry if you can't take the truth. i'm talking reality here. these lyrics are not dope by any stretch of the imagination. and i'm not taking the whole "times change, his style changed" excuse. nigga needs to hold himself to a higher standard. he THINKS he's killing the beat, but he's not. there were a couple of mildly amusing punchlines, but that's all. the rest sounds like that annoying ianahb2 flow he's been dragging around for the last year (or more) and i'm getting sick of it. believe me sounded like a step in the right direction, d'usse was at least passionate and kind of clever in parts, but this sucks.

he sounds like a hopped up teenager screaming things. it's fucking annoying. he used to sound chill and cool, like a goddamn pimp. now he sounds like a ho. i hate when people say "he's not rapping about pussy anymore so it must be good" NO WAY! think a good indicator of a rappers form is how he raps on his less than great songs, if hes still giving strong rap performnces in those, then thts something to enjoy, but its also something to consider when you look at his work in whole.

if hes going this hrd on songs like these.. then u cn almost count on tht hardness to be consisten throughout...

wht wayne hs to worry about is production, he cn probably rap too well for his own good, and mke bad to average beats sound passable becos of how good he is..

a milli is amazing. just cos it was overhyped don't mean it's shitty. this song can't hold a candle to a milli. 6'7 is a classic too, but not as good. a milli is the blueprint of what a good wayne song is. it's a classic

milli stands out becos of how the form broke the radio, the first verse ws pretty goood, but yeh, wynes killed a bunch of shit way hrder since then, milli is still pretty groundbreaking tho, more for what it was... then ne real prowess..
