guys gotta cut there hair dog becuz the image it presents in jail pretty much if your in jail dude n you got long hair get prepared to get bent over in the shower room or somethin cuz that long hair will get pulled like your a female. thats why alotta jails make you cut your hair now to jelp prevent that shit.

To be honest, I don't think Wayne's appearance has or ever will have anything to do with my appreciation of him as an artist.

If you're going to jail then you'll probably not be allowed to have hair below your neckline but that's just my guess. It might be even stricter than that.
