His voice are the same if u listen carefully... Its just cuz the beat switches and gets alot slower on the 2nd verse.

In the first verse he raps fast and the bass + drums is higher then the 2nd verse.
In the 2nd verse the beat gets slower and you can hear his voice alot clearer and he raps slower so you hear word by word alot clearer, you can really hear his raspy Weezy voice and the pitch is "normal" to me, not higher nor lower its in the middle of both for me

i mean in the sense of how his voice has cleared up since being off lean they sound different one sounds clearer so maybe a year since its not as deep as it once was but still deeper than the second verse
