If young Mr Wayne was president, I have no doubt that he would engage in wise fiscal policy, a semi-isolationist foreign policy, and would of course put a "blunt" out on the opposition leader's neck. I know very little of this Lil Wayne fellow so far, but he seems like he would be rather formidable in any political infighting that might go on.
