i always wondered about it, Schoolboy q on his track 'gangsta' from oxymoron:

Real gangsta niggas don�t have no fear
Real niggas never tattoo their tears



I guess he was just going at the xxl freshman list, which has some rappers with tear drop tattoos, but the 'have no fear' line makes me think this is someway related to weezy, or it's just a coincidence and he just used fear cuz it rhymes with tear? but i don't think it's something serious anyways.
