it says the documentary ships today for pre-orders but i havent gotten a shipping notice or even an order confirmation email. is this the same for everyone else?

I got a shipping notice from Amazon.com yesterday. Tracking says it will be here tomorrow!

I ordered it straight off the website _www.thecarterdoc.com and didnt get any email either. I'm gettin nervous cuz usually when u buy with paypal or whatever they tell u that u ordered it. There isnt even a phone number to call on that website..
