Weezy is better than Jay because his flow is insane and the lyrics he spit are really cool... Jay-z has good lyrics too but his voice is really wack :S

I love both
What i like about Jay is that he is good when you actually want "real songs* with real meaning. He has a much better ability to be deep and show emotion and sympathy in his songs, and thats just my opinion so don't hate. And i think saying he is overrated is unfair just look at his back catalouge
What i like about weezy is that he is very versatile and his flow and lyrics are completley out there and other worldly. And he has the ability to come up with clever punchlines more than anyone else in the game.
so imo there is room for both and i can't decide, but i might have to say Jay just cos "You must love me" from "Vol.1 In my lifetime" is probably my favourite hip-hop record of all timeI'm a monster i tell you, Monster Wayne, I have just swallowed the key to the house of pain, Now i'm stuck here to deal with the houses pain, Fuck with me I will peel like the houses paint
