i reckon i liked him MORE after the carter doc. he obviously cared about wayne and he was upset with his drug use. wayne is probably surrounded by yes men, and all day people egging him on to sip lean and smoke, there were probably hundreds of dudes around him leeching drugs off him and getting high with him. Tez had the courage to stand up to him and try and change his behaviour. we can see now how detrimental all that shit was to weezy's health..
