Being that great takes (steals like a thief) a lot of time
Also "this great/discrete", a homophone. It takes a lot of time to be discrete too

No one is born with skills that they posses in a duration of time which can be days or years
in this case of a thief
thieves steal at first and they may or may not go to jail
if they go to jail they learn from the pros
if they don't get caught they will be confident at what they r doing
but stealing something from someone without anyone knowing it is a hard task
So to sharpen that skill takes a good amount of time
Stealing anything without being known takes time
And to be great on that u have to go through lots of ups n down
