Because it's shorter bro. There's some misses in the sessions. You couldn't put together 13 songs out of the sessions that would rival c3. Some songs would be better, sure. But in terms of an album, c3 had 3peat, a milli, mr carter, dr carter, lollipop, phone home, you ain't got nothin..

If you added the best c3 session tracks to those, though, you'd have a fucking incredible album

The non mastered tracks made me realise just how important the master is.. Some of the vocals just sound horrible without proper mastering
