If you look at pics when hes out in public etc, you can see he do has wrinkles when he does face expresions and some wrinkles around his eyes too.

Also 32 aint even that old. I havent seen any 32 year old with wrinkles in his forehead?

Wayne probably moisturizes alot or has someone who gives him ointment/lotions for that stuff. In the first Weezy Wednesday wayne showed that he uses African Black soap and that has shea butter and a bunch of other stuff thats good for your skin.
