Not sure what's so hard to understand... I don't like songs that are unnecessarily edited in pointless spots or edits on unedited albums. You guys may be content with a clean version of Slippin' on DMX album or the clean version of Still Not A Player on Big Pun's shit... Maybe you enjoy listening to music with bullshit edits when the rest of the album/song is unedited, but I don't... that's why I try to make all of my music unedited... Eminem on Hailie's Song, We As Americans, Shit Can Happen, KIM.. etc etc.. I have all unedited, but you won't find them on the official album unedited... School Spirit & Thru The Wire by Kanye... it takes time, but I prefer my music be unedited... if you can live with edits over your songs, more power to ya... but I don't like it and if I can fix it, I do.....

The whole song is unedited, obviously... smh.. but yeah.. you're right.. my mom was cool with the words "fuck", "bitch" and "pussy"... but the word "shit"... she wanted to make sure I was old enough to understand what it meant before I heard it on TV or the playground.. you're so clever.

anyways.... there are MULTIPLE versions of the song.. One with Jeezy, one with 2 Birdman verses, one with just Drake and Birdman, one with just Birdman, Drake and Wayne.. etc etc.... Well, I put together a version of the song with everyone's verses on it and made Drake's chorus all the way through, rather than Jeezy... and, sorry, I don't like when songs are edited unnecessarily.



That's the problem.. it doesn't "sound better"... if I want my music edited or censored in any way, I'll buy the clean versions... I've fixed many many songs and all I wanted to know is if there was an unedited version of this verse somewhere... or if there was another Weezy song where I might be able to splice the word in, so it sounds similar...

Unfortunately, as most of you pointed out, Wayne or the producer had that effect added on purpose, so there is no older version with it unedited. Like I said, to me, it sounds edited and I personally hate it when songs are like that on an explicit album... as I pointed out earlier... DMX Slippin'... Big Pun Still Not A Player... Kanye Through The Wire & School Spirit... Eminem on Shit Can Happen, KIM, We As Americans.... all unnecessarily edited, so I've either found the original unedited versions or made them unedited myself... and that's what I'm working on with this song.

There are only TWO songs out there that are completely edited that I've never been able to come across dirty/explicit... First.. Fat Joe- Bet Ya Man Can't from the Don Cartagena album... and it's not like 1 or 2 edits, it's a song about fucking, so literally every other word is edited on the explicit version of the cd.. no dirty version ANYWHERE! Second... Jay-Z - Celebration from the Streets Is Watching soundtrack... all those edits just bug the shit out of me... if you guys can bump edited tracks, more power to ya... it's just a personal pet peeve of mine.

The worst is spotify. They edit the main album, and you have to click through to get the explicit. It's fucking ridiculous, I can't bump 50 cent edited..
