I think they are very similar in ways. Both favor high pitch voice wayne, but not in an annoying way... Both have similar rhyme patterns and flow (although the new one has more modern flows like trap house, sh!t, etc).
I actually think I enjoy SFTW2 more than NC. It feels more like a proper album than NC... It has great track sequencing. SFTW2 has more purpose and passion too, which goes a long way in my book. He sounds like he's passionate and having a great time throughout, even when he's taking shots at birdman/CM.
Sometimes I hear a track like selsun blue (when he starts rapping double time especially) and he sounds so hungry and amazing like I haven't heard him in 5 years. He spits so much fucking fire now, I love it.
