Ok so now that I've listened to this quite a bit I think I can say this about my favourites:
(tried to keep it real slim 4 y'all since I know a lot of ppl don't like to read a lot)
From an art perspective (if thats even nearly a word):
1) London Roads/Without You - just 2 deep, like 4 real
2) My Heart Races On - he's like really doing music here you know, not just "rapping"; nice hook nice parts with smooth flow
3)I Feel Good - Really just like the title says; he rly vibin' out to the beat and it gets you if you let it
Rapwise:
1) London Roads - I don't know there's just something about that song that just makes me rap it every time I listen to it w/e I am
2) He's Dead - think it's obv y
3)Thinking Bout You -loves how he has fun and still kinda gives some oldschool vibes with that hook; bars are dope 2
In its own category:
1) Pick Up Your Heart - I don't know but this is just soo diverse; perfect Outro to this album for me
@Kuzz totally dig what you say about his voice and stuff.. But for me it's like I got to a point where I just kinda accepted
that this Wayne is no more existing. Like literally kind off cause I try to listen to his "new" (or post jail/pre jail) music as
if it was from a different artist you know what I mean?
In a way not necessarily comparing it to his old work since he was doing it so different as you already stated with "abusing"
his voice way more proactive (dont know if thats the right word here) .
I think "Put Some Keys On That/Seat Down Low" is a great example of how different it was.
But w/e kinda wanted to share my 2 cents since also replied in not just 2 senteces.. or just for the sake of sharing my opinion since
this is a forum and once a place where ppl would really do this lol
But I hope you still can enjoy at least 3-4 tracks
