Filing a lawsuit aint no big deal.... and of course they can use their own songs (side bitch, etc.) sooner than later if the whole thing is a set up! shit, they can do whatever the fuck they want. papers don't mean shit brah. i could hatch a scheme with YOU right now where i sue you... i'd file a lawsuit, get people talking, then drop the lawsuit when the time comes. you'll see, they're gonna take this shit to the absolute limit they can, just before it starts costing THEM money (lawyers, trial, etc.)
