Why would he scrap his best work like he said?

why would he go on a 9 month long mixtape tour? why would he not give any updates at all about it? if it's that good he should be eager to get it out asap.

I'm just taking a guess but its a hype thing. Think about it. The longer he doesn't put the project out, people are gonna be wanting it more and more. Also, there's like...pretty much NO info besides its his best work, that's just more hype built, more hype to what kinda tracks will be on the album, etc. Look at drake, People been hypin his Views From The 6 album, people wanted it more the longer it wasn't out, then that "free album" he made came out and got HEELLAAA views. I predict the exact same thing will happen for FWA, if anything maybe bigger. Thats why im just patiently waiting for FWA,cuz somethin in me feels this will be good,im not gon reach and say his best, but it could be somethin we havent seen from weezy ya dig ? Tell me if this don't make sense

i don't know man, i just can't trust anything this dude says. every new project is always the best project yet according to the artist or his squad. his group of yes men aint gonna tell him anything he does is bad, and the fans will support it. i just want something that sounds like a professional artist made it. it's been 4 years since we've gotten anything resembling a decent project and i don't think that's even up for debate. the rap game needs him to step up right now
