I just wasn't feeling it when I first listened to it. It's grown on me, sure, but coming from DD3 I was sooo disappointed. He was all over the place and it had too many corny moments for Wayne who was just coming off of C3 and being undisputed in his craft. And I know D3 was the predecessor and all, but I didn't really view that as a proper Wayne tape.

hm i don't know, SFTW2 didnt really have push backs as far as i remember and FWA never had an official release date. If i remember correctly we got an interview in april where something like "his upcoming album called free weezy album which he wnts to release this month" was written and then a month later he said in an interview he will release it some night in may when we all asleep
i dont really count this as official confirmation tbh
of course its wayne who said it but he never announced release dates himself, it was always mack or somebody else
so technically it wasnt really a push back and he doesnt have to say anything about it

i'm kinda pissed that we didnt hear anything about fwa tho

idk man i dont like how they are handling all this shit, i was genuinely ecstatic about FWA after those series of tweets, and him saying it's his best project, but right now again hype is 0..

But on the other side we know that wayne records for his albums/mixtape till last minute and keeps recording new songs cause he want his projects to be even better so maybe he thought he was finished and then again he felt like he would create something better.
But yeah im just guessing and we probably wont ever know

See..... We always say this but after the shit finally drops we say "Wouldve been better if it was shorter" or "wish he wouldnt have put these songs on there". Fucking stupid if you ask me.
