It is as far as I'm concerned. Just dropped late because of samples. Its like the bonus songs we would get from Target & Amazon a week after his old albums would leak.

Street chains is dope but I get why he left it off. The last minute or so is a little d4-ish... My blunt long as a speech. Shine/Sean Connery, Etc. (Gotta admit tho - the chrome on your teeth get blown out your cheek is one of the best lines in the song)
The overall flow is a little yesteryear towards the end. . Love the beginning though
