Listening to it right now for the first time. So far, I don't see why people aren't hyping this. It's great. His best work in years.
Little bit more than halfway done, blown away tbh. Haven't felt hyped listening to Wayne in a long time. Only song I'm not big on is "I'm that nigga" but it's still a good track. Not my cup of tea. Glory, He's Dead, London Roads & Psycho are fantastic IMO. Let's see how it ends.
Now that it's all over, I have to say, this was an enjoyable experience. No song annoyed me to a point that I had to skip them. If I had to make a Top 5...
5. Psycho
4. He's Dead
3. London Roads
2. Living Right
1. White Girls
This album has tons of high points, but obvious low's...yeah, you notice them. I'm That Nigga is really mediocre to me, Minaj-esque, and didn't fit with the rest of the album. I was going to put Post Bail Ballin' on the top 5 but the hook screws the track up. Not big on Without You or Murda.
Overall, this deserves a 7.5/10. I guarantee this will age well and people will talk about this highly. If anything, the album felt like Wayne was holding back a little. Very close to being a classic. I can see this being underrated as the years pass us by.Last edited by Dylan The Deranged; 08-16-2015, 07:58 AM.
