If you find this confusing. This aint for you. You aint ready. Go back to a c5 anticipation thread. You lost up in these interwebs.
I heard Jay-Z asked some club to play Young Thug one time. You really don't fuck with his music? It's got that raw sound, menacing type sound I love it so much. Here's a song I really like by him,

i have tried my best to give young thug a chance. mann its mainly his voice, delivery and them sounds he keeps making and how his flow keeps being interupted. No hate but it sounds like he's being raped or something. maybe just because am from london and our rappers spit clear and enunciate. that's why my fav active American rappers are like jay z, kanye, big sean, drake, j cole, wayne, meek mill, tyga etc. They sound clean with their deliveries and when i listen to American "hood" affiliated music i listen to caskey and bobby shmurda etc. they all have clear cut voices. when i first heard hot nigga i never knew who bobby was and honestly thought it was a london rapper and shot in the local bits. i was surprised when i watched a interview and found out he was American.

To give you some perspective, this was a no one like bobby, from the local hood who put out a track in England which unexpectedly blew up in the mainstream charts last year like how hot nigga did.

Dont get twisted this is not LONDON'S finest rapper or anything of the kind, this was a unexpected hit from a few broke hood rats.

To put things in further perspective this is what mainstream commercial rap from UK charts sound like, compares to something like jay z - new york

This is what we call grime, rappers from the hood who hit mainstream UK domestic charts and be running our urban night clubs:

Some US artist know about grime like French Montana & Drake & even Birdman who was gonna sign a grime artist called Skepta

This a grime swag dance track which appear in most of our night clubs including mainstream "white people" clubs not just urban ones. Kinda like what kind ink does for the US :

This is a typical UK swag rap track compare it something like black and yellow

This is what we classify as a classy rap. calm bars, flow and a hook. non gang or hood affiliated

As you can see all our rappers general speak in full sentences and hardly use weird sounds as adlibs. hope that helps you understand why its likely am not much of a young thug fan, but it varies with hoods, so i cant hate anyone for supporting music from their ends. as there are local artist in the UK who have differant accents to the london one and have a different delivery, flow, style, sound who i support.

Ay bruh I just can't mess with the U.K. Hip-Hop scene bruh, that accent bruh. Only American for me. Far as Tinie Tempah I know one song that was relevant,

I just believe in creating a new sound in music. I see a lot of what the mainstream listen to as music that I hate to be honest. You know the shit that gets spun on radio all day? The music that's paid to be on the radio by the record companies because of money interests? Not because of any type of musical talent or innovation or fan interest just solely money interests you dig. I hate that shit. It makes me hate the industry in some ways. And the fact that the people gobble this up, they love lots of this radio music. Why I mess with Kanye and Tupac a lot. These two dudes really shook up the industry and the norm and changed what people listened too.

One of my favorite Kanye songs,

I feel you with appealing to the mainstream. But I'd rather be real any day than someone tryna appeal to other people who's getting paid more but I'm putting a dent in my music. Maybe I'm wrong and still got some shit to learn.

why are die hard Weezy fans scared of this concept. Are yall scared Drake is gonna outshine Wayne if this ever happened. lets be hella honest, WTT, Kanye is a GENIUS but his bars are not comparable to Jay Z, who made Kanye what he is today (Kanye's words not mine), though they come close second. i think its very likely Drake would get the better half of the album but at the same time he would push Wayne to produce on fleek music. I think even Wayne is scared the boi he created has passed the master, so abit afraid to drop this. Once i watched a Drizzy interview where he said a Airline wanted to put his face on the side of a plane, and asked him and not Wayne, and Wayne got upset about the situation. what happened when kendrick done a number on Big Sean's own song, RollingStone.com got involved thats how you know shit just got real.
