Tha Carter was like the 1st album that really got Wayne to another level imo.

Tha Carter II is like a improved version of Tha Carter. Or not improved but a different similar version. Cuz they are very similar with the Walk In / Walk Out on C1 + Fly In / Fly Out on C2, On Tha Block skits on both.
