whoaaa are u kidding me okay ill agree with u when all three carters are a classic cuz they are so are block is hot and 500 degreez but if ur not just a fan of wayne and a fan of rap those first blueprints we fucking amazing they were some of the illest shit out still are u cant compare the first carter with any blue prints but u shure can compare the second carter with any blue print and tha carter three of course its better then any blue print in my eyes cuz i call play the carter thee all the way and i cant with any of the blueprints c2 is great but the best is c3 cuz hes just on a whole other level of rap

C2 is a classic album... Wikipedia refers to a classic in popular music as something that "inspires instant devotion and the belief that it will be considered a classic in the future"... I think Carter II is not only Lil Wayne's best overall body of work, it contains some of his hottest and most memorable songs with a variety and wide range and the right amount of guest artists to flow smoothly. It might not be a classic mentioned with Illmatic, Me Against the World, Reasonable Doubt, Ready to Die, etc. but it still should be considered a classic. Southern rap classic. Mainstream rap classic. 21st century classic. Classic. Period.
