Not real, I've heard the verse before. Definitely a blend. The OG verse is from "Oh Dimers, Big Tymers", some random track from a 90s/Early 2000s mixtape.

This song was released by some no-name rapper affiliated with Bone Thugs called Ta Smallz.
It was on his mixtape/album "Who Killed My Mama"
It was released in July 2010
BUT; it sounds like this Wayne verse was recorded in 1999-2001, and I swear I've heard it before.

Most likely he found a rare verse from Wayne and Birdman
and put it on his album to get recognition.

It was released by an underground rapper who used to f/w Bone thugs, i think his name was Ta Smallz.
His mixtape " Who Killed My Mama " wich was released in 2010 contained the song.
I think that this wayne verse is old tho, i'd say 1999-2001, it's not strange to my ears.

I guess he was just lucky to find this verse tho and used it to make his song hotter.
