Now, before I even start, and before everyone get's all pissy and bitchy...let me state my case. I am not hating in any way shape or form hating on Wayne's current vocal status.. and I am not trying to beat a dead horse with this conversation.. I just feel like it needs to be thoroughly discussed. Now that that's been said... what the FUCK is up with his voice right now. I loved FWA. Best album he's put out in a long time. But let's be honest.. the high pitch/squeaky/overly coked out excited voice is getting sliiiiiiiiiiiightly annoying. I'm sitting here listening to C3/Rebirth and I am just shaking my head. How do you just lose such a unique/creative voice? Idc about the lean, that's a whole different story.. right now it's like hes trying to make his voice like that. To me it sounds like he's just blowin lines before he does a track and goes into the studio and just whyles out. That's just me though. The autotune they're putting on his voice is piss poor as well which isn't helping his voice either. It's so soft/weak that it makes him sound off. If he's gonna use autotune at least use that shit to its fullest form because that's when he sounds fucking incredible with it. Not this pussy shit. Annnnyway..

I agree on some songs it sounds ok but others sounds terrible and I gotta change the song ., I think wayne is using a new program or mixer,. I know he wants his voice to sound like that but it's annoying Af and losing fans if he keeps it up

I completely agree and wish I could here S4TW2 / FWA with the CII-CIII era voice.

It has kind of funny because I had a hard time liking Wayne because back in the day he had a really high pitched squeaky voice. I REALLY started to become a huge fan during the Dedication 2 time period because of what he was saying and how he sounded saying it.

I enjoyed the post No Ceilings era despite many corny lines, constant pussy punchlines, and lack of flow because he always had a cleaver/creative way to say it.

Now that his rhyme schemes and content is back on top the fabricated voice that they are creating is almost cringe worthy at times.

I love hearing him perform live because it it his ACTUAL VOICE! They need to just leave his voice alone, and I bet that a lot of the hate would turn into people loving his new music.

thats true but thats not what would make his voice high like that. thats the reason the autotune sounds so weak, but the whole high pitched situation is all on what hes doing with his vocals.

well when it comes to the soft/weak autotune it's his producer, but when it comes to the high voice thats all him.
