Help remembering a song's name?

There was a song that came out in 2009 or 2010, a sort of experimental song. It had an odd beat and Wayne was rapping in an odd sort of way, as though he was reading a poem or something. Most people here were hating on it at the time, others were saying it was like an Andre 3000 song. I can't remember any lines or what the beat sounded like or even if it was a feature or not, but the end of Pick Up Your Heart made me think of it.

Anybody have a clue what I'm talking about?
