He was aware of his Label Situation years ago (i got the pistol on me i guess i went pop) but he seems like he doesnt feel an urge to change these things (maybe until now). We'll see how he evolves his next album will tell

I agree, instead of putting people like Rihanna on Start A Fire (who I am sure he could easily get), he puts Christina Milian on it
