I didn't say it was a bad line! LOL. that's the only song off FWA that I don't like (Thinking bout you) but that line has always been pretty dope. Most of the goon lines ARE dope! I was just saying I wish he would stop talking about them already. he seems to go through phases where he chooses a topic and reuses it: in peak era it was being dope/ill/fly and the million metaphors he came up with for all of those things, but he doesn't do them as much anymore. Other stuff too, of course, but that was a big repeat topic of his. The "F is for..." was a popular one too. Later, in the IANAHB2/D5 era he seemed to like talking about "rats" a lot. the splinter references, etc. Now, he seems really into goon metaphors. It's like he picks something and then mines it for as many types of wordplay as he can. yall think im nuts, but think about it. it's like the way musicians use a certain instrument a lot during certain periods... wayne gets as much mileage as he can out of certain words or phrases, then discards them (for the most part) when the well runs dry
