Does anyone watch "Scandal"?

If so, has Lil Wayne appeared in an episode or do you know if he will be making an appearance in one?

I got sent this tweet:

And if you go to the 1:35 mark of the video, the woman mentions he is making a guest appearance or something.

I do feel like I have seen that picture of Wayne before, so it might just be good Photoshop But I just want to double check this lol?

It must be a joke lol. I watch Scandal and there hasn't been a celebrity cameo yet, I believe. It's not really that type of show. It's really serious
