Wayne top 5 ever, don't get it twisted. But even as a stan sometimes I wonder what goes through his head when he says something like, "straight ballin, you niggas just bald spots"
So NC2 is basically the only thing I listened to the last two days (obv)
And I gotta say I really love this tape for several reasons
First of I love this drugged out auto tune Weezy. Always did even tho some may don't dig it
But it HAS always (or at least for many, many years now) been a style he been doing every now and then so I can't understand
where all this hate is coming from idrc tho
Also I've always wished for a T-Wayne album and I know many ppl on here did too
What the fuck where y'all expecting it to sound like? Like for real. I think some of this is the closest to ever match the T-Wayne album we'll never see. The way he flows on many of these beats is just amazing and unmatched! Which alone is something you can't deny and should be appreciated. He also manages to really sound like on some of these good ol' cupped up Weezy tracks.
Furthermore, there are so MANY dope lines on this tape. If you talk straight bars, then this is right up with the first one, even tho they should never be compared and I'm not sure if it was smart to call it NC2. But really Wayne never had any structure to follow in his projects INAHBI & II are all over the place and if there ever was something like a real concept in his projects than we may be talking CI & CII. So this really is not really an argument, ppl just always wish for waynes project to be like the one before. But he always be switching it up ppl can't catch up with him and hate the fact that its not the same instead of appreciating what they got.
He already did so much for us with S4TW II and the Free Weezy Album. And they are all free. Show me your artist doing this. And while giving us all this, he's so versatile it's just absurd.
Put together all these 3 projects and you got the whole game wrapped up basically.
People just can't figure out Wayne. Too ahead of the game.
And I'm saying all this while I don't 'love' all tracks but there are really a lot.
Like 16 tracks are really dope IMO.
And I'm cool with everybody who doesn't like it for one reason or another but to bash him for this or calling it the worst project in his discography is just laughable. Y'all should just understand what he's doing for us and the game. He's just going one way then another and there's no way to test your expirements if you don't release them. Titles never mean anything when it comes to Wayne projects except for some rhymes and shout outs maybe.

Agree but at same time it's his delivery and voice that makes it passable and dope and makes or breaks even lines like that. Remember "Dear Mr. Toilet, I'm the shit"? It's all about delivery sometimes too
Which is why if he rapped whole tape in real voice people wouldn't complain but he didn't aside from maybe 1-3 tracks tops.
With that being said Destroyed, Cross Me, and The Hills are my fav on this tape. I also liked Fresh aside from Mannie's part

Literally all over the internet the biggest complaint if a poll was made was his voice with the autotune. It makes it too melodic and doesn't sound well, they wished for a more raw rapping Wayne more in line with the first No Ceilings.
I think if the songs were like Destroyed (where it sounds like his voice wasn't really adjusted much) for the whole tape aside from maybe a couple tracks then it would've sat in well with a lot more people and could par up with first one even more.
Why are all of you getting pressured to think this is trash? Wayne snapped on every track, lyrics were great, flow was great, features were great, he gave us 24 new Wayne songs with 7 original songs I believe with a running time of like 96 minutes. Who fucking does that these days? And this is his 3rd project this year!?!? There's not one song I have to skip, every one is so dope to me. I feel bad for you guys who don't like it or getting pressured to believe that this is the worst thing ever because Wayne is as good now as he has always been.

zTunechi- you off, bruh. He killed Street Chains, yeah, but he ain't say a damn thing more amazing than he's been saying all year. You just prefer the delivery more. Because he lyrically went in on this tape.
I still feel like S4TW2 is better, but that tape is way underrated, so I still think this shit is wavy af. He could've toned down the autotune, but I ain't really finna complain about it. I just know it'd be better received with his raw voice.
Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.
No days off is amazing the lyrics the flow everything about that song is great...
"Nothings promised but a graveyard cant
see myself dyin broke Ray Charles" "Your flow never wet, like grandma pussy, i'm always good, like grandma cookies"
Yeah listened it to it Back 2 Back yesterday because I thought the first time I was going crazy thinking it sounded better. Yeah look it up and give it a download.
Fuck 007 I work 24/7 ain't got time to bond with no bitch
