Yes we are all capable of doing that, we were just waiting for you to say this so we could do it

It's Tunechi Homie, Master Of Ceremonies.

Sure, no ones arguing that thug and future are better than wayne overall. thug and future have lyrics that aren’t ever touching wayne, not to mention the fact that waynes a legend.

but in terms of autotune, you have dudes who based their whole careers off of one of the many aspects of waynes career which is autotune. they basically took his autotune phase and experimented with it and made it their own. like the other guy was saying, theres no way wayne could ever make the songs that future and thug are making right now, because they evolved his style into something new which wayne never did.

wayne may be a better artist, but you’re comparing a legend who’s worked for 20 yrs to dudes who are less than 4 years into the game, is that really a fair comparison?sorry if this doesn’t make sense im high rn lol
I don't hear anything from future or thug that Wayne or t pain or anybody with an auto tune kit can't do.. Most be difficult to mumble in y'alls minds..

They can make it sound good CONSISTENTLY, whereas Wayne is very hit or miss with it. The auto tune with future and thug never takes away from their music or is unlistenable, whereas occasionally with Wayne it can be. On the other hand, they need it to make good music whereas Wayne don't.

              • saying future and thug are abysmal talents is disrespectful to how competitive this genre is, abysmal talents dont last long. future has been around since the 90s, he grew up with outkast, organized noise and the rest of the dungeon fam. he was ghostwriting hits in the early 2000s. this man has an extensive history w making high quality music. just like wayne, his ability and creativity shouldnt be questioned because hes been so prolific and so productive. tony montana was what? six years ago? abysmal talents dont last 6 years, much less get stronger in their 6th year. he's had three well received albums(pluto, honest, ds2) on top of a slew of mixtapes, too many to name. futures got ability, and hes got art. whether or not youre receptive to it, is one thing, but dismissing his talent is another altogether.. i mean theres not a song on NC2 as good as codeine crazy.

^^ the lyrics are at that link. look how dense those lines are, thats not the work of an average rapper. lol its just not.

same goes for young thug. his development has been a little more open, but even more ambiguous because of how he releases projects. but there was a time around 2009, when young thug rapped just like any lame wayne wanna be, bars filled with really cheap similes that everybody thought was the key to unlocking waynes style and how it worked. he was working the stutter flows, all these gimmicks of waynes craft that he tried to emulate, and it resulted in nothing but a really weak watered down version of wayne.

^^ this is like some bastards version of right above it. he mutated, he evolved, he experimented. hes starting playing with sounds, a microphone isnt limited to recording sentences. he recorded everything. (sound familiar?) somewhere along the line, he found out he could do some really weird, fantastic(in the literal fanstasy sense) sounding shit. and on top of that, he became a way better rapper.

this is flawless rapping. my favorite rap performance of the year, hands down. abysmal talents dont have his sense of rhythm, his timing. his flow is so nimble, he fits words into the tiniest pockets, and stretches bars out, only to land right on time, at will. his control is ridiculous. this is off the charts ability, and its clearly not the same rapper, he was 6 years ago. and again, wack rappers do not last. thats now how this game works, and hes getting stronger. slime season 2 might be his best release.

its very similar to wayne i think, wack rappers can stumble across a hit or two, but consistently producing work, is the product of real talent. how many of waynes best songs do people know? lol probably less than 80% if not less.

putting out songs like this arent happy accidents. i can get not feeling thug and futures music, maybe its not for you. whatever. but questioning their talent and ability doesnt make sense. lol if all else fails always ask myself.. what would happen if you tried to recreate their performances..chances are the results wouldnt be pretty..

The mumbles genre sure is competitive.. lol Competing with cats like "flick of the wrist" dude. Wow, like Jay VS Nas FOR SURE.

Funniest thing is, I listened to those songs mode listed and was astonished you could listen to 5 minutes of young thug rap worse than Bow Wow and be off key melodically. How ? I think people listened to so much garbage that polutes the air ways they have to convince themselves somehow it must be good..

My dude mode so eloquently describes sewer juice its astonishing. I listened to wayne "I'm nice" after which is a good song, not great but the cadence, harmony, timing, song structure far surpassed anything that was sampled in that thug/future post.

What comes easy, won't Last. What Lasts won't come easy.

                        • If you can't at least admit that Future is capable of making good music, I can't even listen to you go on like a Lil Wayne Pacifist. Make no mistake about it: Wayne is the better rapper and artist, but he has some stylistic love-children born out of his fertilization of the soil that is this Hip-Hop culture. 2007 Wayne still shits all over them. Royally. He's done what they've done already. Think about that. I mean, it's nice to be a novelty act. But it's always way better to be a pioneer and an innovator, my nig. Just saying.
