Couldn't have been. Well at least for maybe a couple tracks. DIO2 came out in June 2007 and this alleged leak happened on August 18, 2007. Wayne had a ton of shit leak already before this incident even happened. Chances are a lot of the songs that were stolen ended up on DIO4 since that came out in the following October.

IMO the original C3 is all of The Leak and a few tracks from DIO2 and DIO4.

I doubt it leaked 18th august, that's when they announced that the album was pushed back..
