I don't know if this ever came out, but in a recent interview 40 says the beat was for Drake.
Drake went to Wayne with the beat cause he wanted Wayne on it and when he heard it he didn't feeling it at the first.
Two weeks later Wayne told Drake that it is his song.
He also said he really liked the song and it is one of his favorite songs.
