at 2:08 into song when wayne is coming back from the bridge to start the next verse, he opens with "COOL AND DRE, this is no ceilings"

who are cool and who is dre?
now that i typed this it may sound like a stupid question, but i don't know everyone in wayne's click and it really sounds like he is addressing two different people that i never heard him say before.

I think the numbers have something to do with sports.

My guess is it's basketball references but I may be completely wrong, either way my guess is:

32 = Magic Johnson - Had a slump and came back
33 = Larry Bird - Best shooter around during his time and always hit jumping 3 pointers
