I thought that at first... And picture would make sense in the line.. like she'll get three strikes (as in gettin the perfect picture ?)... But all the lyrics sites say 'pitcher'.. so now a dont get the meanin...

He meant picture & pitcher. It's kinda hard to explain but he used the fact that the two words sound the same to make the baseball 3 strikes reference while still talking about a picture

In steady mobbin weezy says "and she asked me for a pitcher so i gave her three strikes" i know the pitcher is the thrower in baseball... And strikes are the attempts the player gets... But whats the double meanin ere ?
