He was shot AT, his tour bus was shot at by a group of females in a car. He wasn't directly hit that time.

But "two more inches, i would've died in traffic" means that, if he would have been struck in the heart, he would have lost too much blood to make it to the hospital, hence dying in traffic in the ambulance.

Kinda off topic, but didn't Weezy get shot twice? Once when he shot himself at 12, and another time sometime in his early 20's in tha tour bus. He refers in a few songs dat he's gotten shot twice. (Don't Want You To See Me Cry, Murder - Trey Songz ft. Lil Wayne... etc.)

before I became a huge fan and learned all about his life and stuff I thought he was spitting random shit right there, but he is tellin you about when he shot himself in the chest and the bullet were to inches away from his heart + that the doctor said he could have died on the way to the hospital.
Maybe I am the only one who didn't think of it first..

KY is one of Wayne's engineers but Wayne uses Mike all the time now it seems

I think the clock represents time, and Wayne means time is money so he was referring to making money.
