I've always heard Guiding Light, but i guess, he could be flippin that a little, god and light (not my opinion, just something i can "reach").

The way I See It:

Guiding Light - When you're born in a hospital, it's in a bright ass white room. So when the baby's coming out, usually headfirst, they're "following the white light" which guides them to birth. So Wayne's saying he's been tight since birth.

God And Light - Self Explanatory. God came first, light came second. Wayne's been tight since the beginning of time.
