Also he means, some people fade away from his life and some hit the jumper or jail/prison since you have to wear a jumpsuit

Actually, Rap Genius was founded one month before this thread started. But I know it blew up much later.

I usually get my first-hand information from Rap Genius since whole songs are explained and many with different perspectives. And there are plenty of Lil Wayne fans there.

Of course I do, but it's just that those two words ("hip-hop" and "socialist") are completely irrelevant to each other. I don't see the connection. If there's no underlying meaning behind it, then it's just two words randomly put together. What I was asking for is what he meant by "hip-hop socialist", not the word "socialist" per se.
