I dunno Barry Manilow is obviously a singer/songwriter who now works at the Hilton as a performer. But I don't see why Wayne would say it meaning that so I'm gonna guess that it's just a play on his last name Manilow. As in goes low on a man, so giving head

yea thats what i thought but,,"only in the mirror is where you'll find a better me" when i look in to the mirror im not going to see wayne so it just makes no sense
