I think he means bobble heads normally say no (shaking one head means no). Of course you can make a bobble head nod, but i think he just needed something to rhyme

But I was meaning you know when some athlete dies, or retire, or become injured so bad they basically end their own career? If lucky the get their jerseys "hung" in their home stadiums. I was implying Wayne was referring to that.
