Michael Kramer has dropped his lawsuit against Lil Wayne, according to the Jasmine Brand.

The lawyer, a member of Michael B. Kramer & Associates, filed new documents Thursday (December 24), that dismissed the case and all claims against Lil Wayne.

Kramer filed a $375,000 lawsuit against the New Orleans rapper earlier this month, seeking payment for his legal services. Kramer assisted Lil Wayne in his $51 million lawsuit against Birdman.

Lil Wayne is being sued by his lawyers, according to TMZ.

The legal team claims Lil Wayne owes them $375,000 for its work on his $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams. The company says it sent the New Orleans rapper bills for a year that he did not pay.

Lil Wayne first filed the lawsuit to demand off the label because of the hold on the release of Tha Carter V

Meanwhile, at Young Money Headquarters, in the break room of a Sizzler in Ventura, Wayne readies another hit of meth as he scrolls through possible covers for his next mixtape FWA2.

His manager suddenly walks in and tells him it's too early to pick a cover because he hasn't recorded any material for the project.

In a meth induced fit of rage, Wayne picks up a small trash can from the corner of the room and throws it at his manager.

"FWA is almost done you fu*king as*hole" Wayne says, knowing he is telling a bold faced lie.

The Manger exits the breakroom/office, figuring it would be better to leave wayne alone and let the meth run its course.

Wayne takes multiple hits of meth and smokes himself into a jittery mess as he starts using MS paint to create hundreds of possible covers for his imaginary tape.

Suddenly a knock on the door.

Wayne answers the door revealing his new bus driver wearing a bullet proof vest.

"We have to leave now if you're going to make your opening slot for the Mims & Jibbs concert" the bus driver says nervously, knowing wayne has a reputation for killing tour bus drivers.

Waynes eyes become bloodshot with anger

A gunshot is heard through the small restaurant and patrons are quickly evacuated.

They missed the show and $22.45, A devastating financial blow to Young Money finances.
