      He's right... Wayne without a doubt out rapped every popular rapper in 2015. I don't mean rapped more, I mean rapped better than.

        I agree, OP.

        I didn't like the production on SFTW2 or NC2, but I actually think Wayne is in his prime rn. His lyrics are the best they've ever been. People only love C3 so much because of the glossy production. Wayne is a better rapper now than he was then, he just keeps improving.

        Nobody has punchlines like Wayne, he's both hilarious and intelligent. I think sometimes people discredit him because he's going over their heads. They aren't smart enough to get it, so they assume Wayne is talking nonsense. Like when people gave him a hard time for that "odd cookie in a plastic bag" line, just because THEY didn't know he was referencing old LL Cool J.

        Also, nobody is touching Wayne's charisma. In his songs & in his live performances. That's something you either have or don't, it's not a skill you can develop with practice.

                          lil wayne ain't got no charisma right now ,he isn't in his prime ,he just got his 2008 autotune sound back ,that's all ,but i still love nc2 and fwa , without you and lil bitch are my favorite songs right now
