It is pretty amazing that someone as successful as Lil Wayne has been so horribly mismanaged. Dude was the biggest musician in the world for a solid amount of time. They branded Wayne as a KIA when he should have been branded as a Ferrari. SMH.

The dude literally has an all time great work ethic, can put words and phrases together like no other human, is an original, is vastly talented, created/influenced a generational sound AND has the most hot 100 hits of all time. Yet he cant get his last album of a classic series released on time or paid properly, and now can barely sell a show.

dude releases 3 projects in a year on his grind and it just hasn't paid off... I feel bad for him.

He's extremely smart and genius at what he does (rapping, creating music) but he was unfortunately raised since age 8 by a snake ass record company. Tough to get out of these contracts tbh. I can't blame him for not knowing the business side of things because as a creative all u focus on is creating. However, it's a shame he put on/financially supported his dumb friends he grew up with (tez, Mack). YM is too large of a business with artists so successful to be in the handcuffs of another label. It's very unfortunate to see artists like Drake and Wayne with so many sales and fans to have to struggle for their due pay at the hands of inept CM and YM employees.

dude , i agree with you , and very good point of view but wayne isn't blind to see how bad his albums and videos and managing and shit are,he's not giving a fuck or he's stupid and think they are doing a good job ..
