Exactly. C1, C2, C3, even C4 was not comparable to FWA. That's what makes THA CARTER series a classic, and it would have been a massive disappointment to the series if FWA would have been C5

We all know, or at least most of us do, that wayne just records a shit ton of songs and then chooses the ones he thinks are the best to put them on his albums. Its always been that process except for rebirth and mixtapes. So C5 song quality would have been around the same or would have even had some of the songs in FWA

You're right about his recording process, but don't forget about that CV tentative tracklist and those songs he has with Justin Timberlake and Mikky Ekko etc.
