Carter ii on vinyl (world record day) - where is it?

I live in the UK, and as far as I can make out, Tha Carter II + I are like no where. It's not as if they've sold out either, they just haven't got it for sale. The internet doesn't seem to even have an answer as when I go to many online record shops they just say the last vinyl edition of the album was released in 2006....

anybody else having this problem?
