I never thought about that, so it's always this way ? I mean they count the "single"-sales as part of the album sales or is it just the new way to count, with all the streaming services and everything ?

I dont know exactly how they do it but all I know i read on some sites that they gonna count the Holtine Bling stream aswell or something
